Terms of sale.

Last updated 5 July 2026.

These terms cover Zenter's paid products: the practitioner toolkit, Reality Check Pro, the AI Maturity Team Edition, the Task Portfolio Triage, the Role Redesign Sprint, and facilitator certification. Zenter ("we", "us") is the trading name of Zenter AU (ABN 83 915 717 224). By buying any of these, you agree to the terms below. Our free tools, the diagnostics and published frameworks, are not a sale and aren't covered here; see our privacy policy for how we handle your information generally.

Prices and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars on each product page and in the pricing hub, and are marked "(ex GST)" because Zenter AU is not currently registered for GST: no GST is added to the prices shown. If that changes, we will update every price on the site to say so before charging it.

Payment and invoicing

Where a buy button takes you directly to checkout, payment is by card through our payment processor. Where a buy button takes you to our contact form instead (currently the case for every product, while card checkout is being set up), we arrange payment manually: we send an invoice and you pay by AU bank transfer. Either way, you receive a receipt or invoice showing what you bought, the price, and the date.

Delivery timeframes

The practitioner toolkit is delivered by email as editable files, usually the same day as payment. Reality Check Pro and the AI Maturity Team Edition are delivered as a private assessment link within one business day of payment, with the aggregated team report following once your team's responses are in; the Team Edition also includes a 60-minute debrief, booked directly with us after the report is ready. The Task Portfolio Triage and the Role Redesign Sprint are scheduled work: dates are agreed with you after a discovery or scoping call, not fixed at the point of payment. Facilitator certification is scoped individually after a sales call, and its timeline is agreed at that point.

Licence scope

The toolkit's templates, spreadsheets and runbooks are licensed for use inside your own organisation: you can use them on as many of your own roles and teams as you like. Running our methods commercially for other organisations, as a consultant or facilitator, is outside that licence and requires facilitator certification, which includes a commercial licence to the same materials. Reality Check Pro and AI Maturity Team Edition reports are for your own internal use and are not licensed for resale or redistribution outside your organisation.

Refunds and remedies

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here is intended to limit those rights. If a product is not delivered, is significantly different from its description, or is otherwise faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as the law requires, regardless of anything else on this page.

Beyond those guaranteed rights: the toolkit is a digital product delivered instantly by email, so once the files have been sent we do not offer a change-of-mind refund, though we will always make it right if what you received doesn't match what was described. Scheduled work (Reality Check Pro, the AI Maturity Team Edition, the Task Portfolio Triage, the Role Redesign Sprint, certification) can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us before the work begins; once a facilitated session or engagement has started, fees paid for that session are not refundable, though we will work with you on a fair outcome if something on our side goes wrong.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products and payment setup change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the terms in force at the time you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.
