Legal
Privacy policy.
Last updated 5 July 2026.
Zenter ("we", "us") is the trading name of Zenter AU (ABN 83 915 717 224) and respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the three diagnostic tools (Reality Check, Should we AI this?, AI Maturity), the contact form, the footer newsletter signup, and our paid products. It applies to zenter.au and is written to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (and the Australian Privacy Principles it sets out), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation for visitors in the EU.
What we collect
When you use a diagnostic and choose to receive your results by email, we collect your email address, your diagnostic result (your profile, verdict or maturity band, your scores, and your raw answers), and, for AI Maturity, nothing beyond that unless you contact us separately. Every diagnostic also gives you a "skip, show me my results" option where offered, so sharing your email is never required to see your result.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and your message. If you book a discovery call through our zcal link, that booking is handled directly by zcal under its own privacy policy, not by us.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to your enquiry, to understand where you are in your AI adoption before we talk, and, if you have consented, to follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you. We do not send ongoing marketing email unless you have separately asked to hear from us.
Formspree (our form processor)
Every form on this site, the three diagnostics and the contact form, submits through Formspree, a third-party form backend based in the United States. Formspree processes and stores submissions on our behalf so we can receive them by email; it does not use your information for its own marketing. See Formspree's privacy policy for how it handles data in transit and at rest.
Consent
Each form on this site asks you to tick a box confirming you have read this policy before you submit. That tick is our record of your consent to us collecting and using your information as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing natasha@zenter.au, and we will delete your submission unless we are required to keep it for a legitimate reason (such as an existing client relationship or a legal obligation).
Newsletter
The email field in the footer subscribes you to our occasional newsletter on human-centred AI change. That form also submits through Formspree (see above), which stores your email address so we can send you the newsletter. Subscribing is opt-in: we only collect your email if you type it into that field and press subscribe, and the form says as much beside it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing natasha@zenter.au, and we will remove you promptly.
Purchases and payment data
Some pages on this site (the practitioner toolkit, Reality Check Pro, AI Maturity Team Edition, Task Portfolio Triage, the Role Redesign Sprint, and facilitator certification) are paid products. Where a buy button has a live payment link, checkout is handled by our payment processor (Stripe, once connected), not by us directly: Stripe collects and stores your card or payment details, and we never see or store your full card number. We retain the transaction record it gives us, your name, email, the product purchased, amount and date, for as long as needed for accounting, invoicing and Australian tax record-keeping obligations. Where a buy button currently falls back to our contact form (because a payment link has not yet been added for that product), any payment is instead arranged manually by invoice and AU bank transfer, and we retain the same categories of transaction information for the same reasons.
MailerLite (retired)
Zenter previously used MailerLite for an email list, automations, and a downloadable "AI Readiness Diagnostic" checklist. As of this rebuild, that list and its automations have been retired and are not migrated into the tools described above. No historical MailerLite data feeds this website or Formspree.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use cookies or tracking analytics of any kind. The three diagnostics have basic event tracking built into their code (whether someone starts, which question they are on, whether they choose to share their email, and whether they finish), but as of this writing it has nowhere to send that data, no analytics provider is connected, so nothing is currently being collected or stored anywhere. If we connect one in future, we will use a privacy-focused option that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites, and we will update this section to say so plainly.
Storage, security and retention
Submissions are stored in Formspree and in the inbox they are forwarded to (natasha@zenter.au). We keep enquiry and diagnostic data only as long as it is useful to the relationship, an active enquiry, an ongoing engagement, or a reasonable follow-up window, and delete it on request as described above.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or lodge a complaint about how we have handled it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right under GDPR to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to our processing of it. Our basis for processing is your consent (given via the checkbox on each form) and, for direct enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to you. To exercise any of these rights, email natasha@zenter.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Children
This site is directed at working adults and is not intended for children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected here.
