Every engagement we deliver ends the same way: the capability walks out the door with us. The certification and licence fixes that. We train and certify your facilitators, license the materials, and stay close enough that quality holds when we are not there.

What the licence includes

01 Certification Two-day intensive plus supervised practice: your facilitators run a real Sprint with our coaching, and certify by doing, not by watching slides.
02 Licensed materials The complete internal-use licence: Role Charter, Delegation Map, facilitation runbooks, diagnostic instruments and every update we ship while the licence is active.
03 Ongoing support Quarterly practice clinics, a direct line for tricky engagements, and first access to new methods before they are published.

Internal OD and L&D teams

Run Sprints and diagnostics across your own organisation at internal cost, with co-facilitation on the first engagements if you want it.

Consultants and coaches

License the methods for client work, with certification that lets you say, accurately, that you are trained in them by the people who wrote them.

Investment

Licences start from AUD $7,500 a year, scoped to the size of your facilitation team and whether the use is internal or commercial. Certification of the first two facilitators is included; additional facilitators certify at a per-person rate. We will give you the exact number on a 30-minute scoping call, and it will not change afterwards.

Who can get certified?

Internal OD, L&D and transformation teams, and independent consultants or coaches who want to run the methods with their own clients under a commercial licence.

What happens if we do not renew?

Certification is yours permanently. The materials licence, updates, clinics and support end with the licence year, and commercial use of the materials ends with it.
