What it is
Twenty-two tabs, around two thousand formulas, one deliberate design: people type into the registers, and everything a sponsor or steering committee sees derives itself. It was built for transformation programs and its gate structure mirrors our method, and it runs any program with workstreams, risks and decisions. No macros; portable across Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.

How much does the Zenter Program Kit cost?
The template licence is AUD $490 (ex GST), one-time, for a single program: the full 22-tab workbook plus the row-extension procedure, delivered immediately. The configured licence is from AUD $4,000 (ex GST): we configure the kit to your program, walk your team through it, and support the first four hours of live use. Multi-program and organisation-wide licences are scoped on a call.
Does it need macros or a particular tool?
No macros, no add-ins, no platform lock. The kit is built to run in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice with plain, portable formulas. If your organisation can open a spreadsheet, it can run the kit.
Is this only for AI transformation programs?
It was built to run transformation programs, and its gate structure mirrors our method. But a program spine is a program spine: it runs any program with workstreams, risks, decisions and a steering committee.
What does the template licence cover?
One program within your organisation. Additional programs, white-label use or client work need a multi-program or commercial licence, priced on a scoping call. Plain-English terms; the detail is on our terms page.
